COST

$400 Spring Season
$15 Drop in fee
*USA Wrestling Folkstyle Card Required

AGES

We train wrestlers from kindergarten to college. 

REQUIREMENTS

-All wrestlers must wear CLEAN sports clothing to practice. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DON'T SMELL BAD BEFORE PRACRTICE.

-Wrestling shoes are recommended but if you don't have a pair please practice barefoot. 

-Bring water to all practices

-Shower after every practice
